Allstate Update--Deadline April 10th!
Please see the following for information about our Allstate weekend April 20-21, 2013 in Rock Hill.
Deadline April 10th: April 10th is the deadline for both the banquet numbers/payment and for the awards lists to allow time for the printing of the program, organization of awards, as well as a deadline for catering final numbers.
Saturday, April 20th Meetings: Please note, these are not all the meetings this weekend, just some that required additional info. Please see the finalized meeting pdf on our website or from my email--thx!
Important Items:
- Meet Directors Workshop: 10-11:15am. If your club is hosting a meet, it is mandatory that your club has a representative at this meeting.
- Coaches Committee and Coaches Meeting: Noon-1pm. This meeting is for the coaches committee and any and all SCS coaches that want to attend. Mike Lewellyn is the Coaches Rep and will be running this meeting. If you have any questions, please contact Mike at: smrtcoachmike@gmail.com
- Admin Official/Admin Ref Clinic:1-3pm. As of Sept 1, 2013, USA Swimming will require every meet to have an Admin Official working that meet. This is a great opportunity to have a member(s) of your club attend and learn how to serve in this position--don't wait until it is too late!
- Age Group and Senior Committees: 4:30-5:30pm. These committees will meet at the same time but separately for the first half, and then join together for the latter half.

Lunch will be provided Saturday for all Board Members, Coaches, Officials, and Athletes that are participating in our legislative process during the lunch hour. Please let Ken Christensen know by April 10th if you are going to require a lunch on Saturday. Ken's email is: kenchris2@gmail.com
