Re: 2012-2013 Swim Meet Bids

Attached is a list of the meet bids that were submitted using the proper format in a timely manner to the committee.  If your club submitted a bid that is not reflected on this meet, please contact Technical Planning Chair Roy Dessloch at TGCoach@aol.com immediately by re-forwarding your original bid e-mail.

Any teams that would like to shift their dates to avoid conflicts with other meets on the schedule, or would like to withdraw their bid should notify Technical Planning Chair Roy Dessloch via e-mail at TGCoach@aol.com no later than 11:59 pm on Wednesday, April 17.

The SCLSC Technical Planning Committee will meet on Saturday, April 20 at 3:00 pm to make recommendations to the House of Delegates on competing bids for protected dates.  The SCLSC House of Delegates will meet on Sunday, April 21 at 1:00 pm to approve the overall meet schedule.  Please refer to this schedule posted on the SCS website for additional details.
