MPSC Has Successful Winter Jrs and CRUSH State Records!

The Mount Pleasant Swim Club Manatees has some very nice swims at Winter Jrs this past weekend--check out the results below as well as the new state records.

Our workout this week, emailed Th, Dec 19th, 2013, was actually from Coach Dave Horton of MPSC, and is one of the great workouts that these swimmers do--please let me know if you would like another copy--I am happy to email it again
