Hotel Rooms for Coaches Clinic--New Info--Important!

Hello All

 

Our original  plan of having rooms reserved at the Double Tree in Columbia on Sat, Oct 4th has hit a snag.  An error on the Double Tree's part has prevented us from having a hotel room block there.  You can still call and get a room there, but we do not have a guaranteed rate--my sincere apologies.

 

We do have a room block at the Sleep Inn, which is located right next door to the Double Tree.  If you would like a room at the Sleep Inn, the rate is $109/night.  Just mention the SC/NC Coaches Clinic, and you will get the rate.  They will allow this rate from Sept 12th- Sept 20th.  The phone # for the Sleep Inn is:  803-731-9999.  Just make sure to mention the SC/NC Coaches Clinic.

 

We are excited about our Clinic on Sat, Oct 4th.  It starts at the USC pool at 3pm sharp.  We will finish at the Double Tree.  Itinerary and details are attached.  Please let me know if you have any questions, and I apologize again about the hassle with the rooms--thanks!
