2014 Age Group Select Camp Itinerary and Info

Hello Parents

 

Here is a link to our Itinerary, and a  "Minor Release Form," for the Age Group Select Camp September 27-28th in Rock Hill.  

 

Please make sure to sign the "Minor Release Form" and send it with your child to the camp.  The form needs to be signed and cannot be faxed or scanned into an email.  Please have this ready to turn in Saturday am.  The people hosting our fun activity (more info on the itinerary) at Camp Canaan require this form for your swimmer to participate in the fun on Saturday.

 

Swimmers need to be dropped off at the Rock Hill YMCA Aquatic Center (address on attachment) in Rock Hill between 10:00-10:30am Saturday, September 27th, and picked up between 11:45-noon on Sunday, September 28th.

The swimmers are staying in cabins at Bethelwoods (address on the itinerary).

 

Please pack your swimmers normal swim gear, plus at least two towels.  They do not need fins, snorkels, kickboards etc  Just cap, goggles, suits, and water bottle.  Snacks and Gatorade will be provided.
